Your responsibilities

Consulting and supporting change management and transformation processes.

Developing sustainable team and organizational structures.

Implementing and managing Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).

Assisting in the development of strategies and governance models.

Facilitating participatory processes and workshops.

Must haves

Several years of experience in change management or participatory processes.

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

In-depth knowledge of cultural change and process management.

Fluent in German and English.

Nice to haves

Experience with ITIL processes or similar frameworks.

Knowledge of data-driven decision-making models.

For this full-time position, the annual gross salary is EUR 65,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer an appropriate overpayment.
