Your responsibilities
Supporting the development and implementation of change management processes.
Facilitating workshops and participatory processes.
Assisting in the analysis and optimization of communication strategies.
Developing roadmaps and managing stakeholder engagement.
Conducting data analysis and preparing insights for decision-making processes.
Must haves
A completed degree in business, communication sciences, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in change management or process optimization.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Solution-oriented and creative thinking.
Nice to haves
Experience in innovation management or data-driven decision-making.
Certifications such as IPMA Level D or ITIL.

For this full-time position, the annual gross salary is EUR 47,000. Depending on qualifications and experience, we offer an appropriate overpayment.
